The first 8,000 hand-blown glass cups sold out in two weeks.

Within two financial years, SoL Cups was one of the top four reusable cup brands in the world. Offices in Sydney, Auckland and London. Stockists across eleven countries on five continents. From Australia, NZ, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, UAE, the USA, Europe and the UK. High performing teams across the world. Hundreds of cafe partnerships built one barista at a time. 100s of hours of trades hows and markets; A brand that ended up in the hands of Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, David Jones, Costa, JP Morgan, Mark Bouris. Fortnum and Mason, and every luxury retailer and corporate global organisation you can dream of.

Marketing campaigns that turned a piece of glass into an identity statement. Brand partnerships that put SoL into the hands of customers who became advocates. A direct-to-consumer engine that compounded month on month. A community of customers who didn't just buy the product, they evangelised it.

To deepen the conversation around the cause, Bec launched The Sustainable Speaker Series — a weekly podcast interviewing a sustainable thought leader or founder every single week. It became a platform of its own, a network of changemakers, and a reminder that the war on waste was never going to be won by one brand alone. She later launched Rebeccamendations: Business, Love & Science, expanding the conversation to consumer psychology, neuroscience, business and human behaviour.

In 2023, after almost a decade, Bec closed it. On her terms. With her reputation built. With every lesson the experience had given her ready to apply to the next chapter.
